Do I still need a tech team if I use your platform?
Ideally, yes. If you’re launching a fintech, it’s important to have a technical figure (like a CTO) who can interact with our team using the right language and understanding.

However, if you don’t have one yet, we can provide a dedicated technical contact to support you throughout the entire process and bridge the gap between your team and ours.

Can I use my own providers for onboarding, cards, or IBANs?
Yes, absolutely.

You’re free to use your preferred providers. We offer pre-integrated options to help speed up technical onboarding and provider agreements, but the platform is modular and can be connected to any third-party service.

How long does it take to have the platform ready and operational?
If the agreement is signed and third-party providers are already selected, the estimated time to configure and go live is around 120 working days.

We support you throughout the entire setup phase to reduce complexity and avoid delays.

Is your platform cloud-only, or can it be installed on our own servers?
The platform is designed to run in the cloud and is hosted on dedicated AWS infrastructure.

This ensures high performance, security, and scalability. At this time, we do not support on-premise installations.

Are you a BaaS (Bank-as-a-Service) provider?
We’re not a BaaS provider — we’re something different.

Is the platform customizable to fit our business model?
Yes. The platform is modular and can be configured based on your specific business needs.

You can activate only the modules you need, and we can support you with specific customizations — including UI adjustments or workflow changes if required.

What happens after the go-live? Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes, we continue to support you after the platform is live.

Our team provides technical assistance, monitoring, infrastructure updates and optional DevOps support.

Service levels can be tailored based on your agreement.

Is the platform compliant with MFSA or other regulatory requirements?
The platform is designed to meet the key technical requirements typically requested by regulators (such as MFSA, FCA, etc.) — including security, data access control, audit logging, and user role management.

We can also provide technical documentation as part of your license application process.
