Do I still need a tech team if I use your platform?
Yes. Having a technical figure (like a CTO) on your side helps streamline communication. If you don’t have one, we can provide a dedicated technical contact to support you.
Can I use my own providers for onboarding, cards, or IBANs?
Absolutely. You can integrate your preferred providers. We offer pre-integrated options to help speed up the process and agreements, but the choice is yours.
How long does it take to go live?
Once the agreement is signed and third-party providers are selected, the estimated time to go live is around 120 working days.
Is your platform hosted on-premise or in the cloud?
Our platform is deployed in a dedicated AWS cloud environment, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with financial regulations.
Is the platform customizable to fit our business model?
Yes. The platform is modular and flexible — we can adapt interfaces and flows to match your specific needs.
What happens after the go-live?
